PTT International Trading Pte. Ltd. (PTTT) and Centrica LNG Company Limited (Centrica) are pleased to announce the signing of a Heads of Agreement (HOA) for a long-term LNG supply and purchase agreement, with deliveries scheduled to commence in 2028. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Jaturong Worawitsurawatthana, Senior Executive Vice President, International Trading Business Unit, PTT Public Company Limited (center) Ms. Tanunporn Tangpithakkul, Acting Managing Director of PTTT (third from left) and Mr. Arturo Gallego, Executive Vice President, Global Head of LNG, Centrica (third from right). Under the agreement, PTTT will supply LNG to Centrica for a 10-year period across a range of destinations in Asia, delivered ex-ship basis. This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone for PTTT as it secures its first long-term LNG sales contract outside of Thailand, which is in line with the company’s international growth ambitions. This agreement further strengthens the enduring long-lasting partnership between PTTT and Centrica and reflects both companies’ commitment to enhancing energy security and supporting the energy transition in the region.
