Bangkok, September 26, 2025 — Tesla today announced the grand opening of its second Tesla Center in Thailand, located at Rama 5 in Western Bangkok. This new facility combines retail, delivery, and after-sales services under one roof, offering customers an integrated and seamless Tesla ownership experience. With this milestone, Tesla reaffirms its mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and to bring advanced electric mobility closer to communities across Thailand.

Located near the Nakorn In–Ratchaphruek roundabout, Tesla Center Rama 5 is designed to serve the growing demand from customers on Bangkok’s west side. Customers can learn about the latest EV technologies, register for test drives with Model 3 and Model Y, and access full-service support in one integrated space. Moreover, Optimus Gen 2 makes its first appearance in Thailand, showcasing Tesla’s commitment and advanced technology in the progress of AI and Robotic development. Together with the first Center at Ramkhamhaeng in the east, the opening ensures stronger accessibility for customers across the metropolitan area.

“Our goal is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. By building charging infrastructure around people’s lifestyles, we make electric driving possible for everyone. The charging network will keep expanding to ensure a seamless EV experience in Thailand. The direct business model in Thailand has catalyzed public interest and awareness of electric mobility, creating momentum for adoption and long-term confidence in sustainable transportation,” said Isabel Fan, Senior Regional Director.

First ever Supercharger V4 in Thailand with unique graphic

To mark the occasion, the first V4 Supercharger in Thailand was unveiled at Rama 5. Featuring a Thai-inspired graphic design to celebrate local culture, the station demonstrates both innovation and community connection. V4 technology delivers peak charging rates of up to 250 kW per vehicle with longer cables for greater flexibility. Model 3 Long Range can gain up to 282 kilometers of range in just 15 minutes, and the platform is future-ready for upcoming upgrades and new features.

Supercharger and Service Network in Thailand (Latest update by 26 Sep 2025)

With the addition of this new site, Tesla now operates 32 Supercharging stations with 193 Superchargers, alongside 13 Destination Charging stations with 52 chargers across Thailand. In addition, more than 10,000 households are already equipped with home charging solutions, enabling customers to recharge at their convenience. Whether at home, on the daily commute, or traveling across the country, drivers benefit from the most reliable and robust charging ecosystem available.

Model 3 and Model Y

Model 3 and Model Y are among the world’s best-selling electric vehicles, setting new benchmarks for performance, safety, and technology. Combining long range, advanced features, and sleek design, they make sustainable driving more accessible while delivering the signature Tesla experience. Currently, Model 3 is available starting at THB 1,599,000, while the Model Y starts at THB 1,719,000, making Tesla ownership more accessible to a wider audience.

Over-the-Air (OTA) Software Updates

Every Tesla vehicle continues to improve through Over-the-Air (OTA) software updates. More than 250 new features and upgrades were introduced globally in 2024 alone, and already in 2025, over 70 OTA updates have been delivered year-to-date across all models and trims. This continuous stream of improvements ensures that owners benefit from enhanced performance, convenience, and safety, with the driving experience evolving long after delivery.

In addition to retail and delivery, Tesla’s direct service model ensures consistent service quality and prioritize customer satisfaction. Tesla vehicles require minimal maintenance, issues can be fixed easily with Over-The-Air (OTA) updates and remote diagnostics. By integrating the Tesla App into the ownership experience, Tesla owners can enjoy mobile service convenience and 24/7 roadside assistance with just a few clicks. With the addition of Tesla Center Rama 5, Tesla now operates 5 Service Center and Service Express locations across Thailand, covering a wide range of needs and reducing the time and effort required for vehicle care.
